My fitness journey: From fat to fit.

After an injury in college left my shoulder and collarbone unable to do any exercise, I swelled up like a balloon, I gave up on sports, exercise, and pretty much any kind of physical activity and traded them in for eating unhealthy meals and being a total couch potato, oftentimes glued to video games and TV for hours on end. This is what I did to get back into fitness and live a healthier lifestyle.
